Man of God

  1. That speaks volume about how moral are men of God. A bunch of suck ups, really. I never understood the lesson of the Fall. So mankind is guilty of a sin committed by its ancestors? And the sin is, at worst, very tamed. In the story, it is God, I think, that appears to be the most immoral of all the characters involved: the Serpent is but a trickster, Adam and Eve are naive and gullible, but God willingly lies to its creatures and then condemns them for being curious and becoming smarter. Some deity!

  2. But what can you expect of a god invented by primitive, ignorant men. I'm sure we could do better nowadays.
